Rules
- There are only 7 players allowed on the field at one time from each team.
- Side Judge - will keep track of the time and make final decisions on all calls.
- When the ball is thrown or kicked to the opposing team , the Ball must go at least 10 yards and must stay in the field of play. Failure to keep the ball in bounds will result in the offense taking possession at mid field.
- Each offensive player must be lined up behind the line of scrimmage and may not move past the line before the snap of the ball. (failure of results in a loss of 1 down) . only one offensive player can be in motion on the snap of the ball, motion must be lateral .
- a player jumping off sides before the snap, results in a loss of 1 down
- Defenders must not cross the line of scrimmage before the snap of the ball, but can blitz any down
- The snapper may snap the ball to any offensive player, on or behind the line of scrimmage .
- The Quarter Back may throw the ball any where on the field and may run at any time (He/she may throw the ball after passing the line of scrimmage any number of times, until the ball is dropped, intercepted, scored, or the player is touched while holding the ball)
- The receiver of the ball becomes the new quarter back, the player may run/throw the ball any where on the field. (this can happen any # of times until the ball is scored, intercepted, or becomes incomplete)
- An interception my be advanced and will result in change of possession
- Players may block with hands only, but may not hold (holding will result in a 10 yard penalty and a repeat of the down)
- The offensive only has four downs to score, failure to score results in a turnover. (The offense may punt on any down, defense may rush)
- Players are down with Two Hand Contact (player must have the ball at the time of Two Hand Contact)
- Each Touchdown = 6 points
- Each Extra Point-From 2 yard line = 1 point
- Two point conversation- From 10 yard line = 2 points
- Cursing/ Fowl Language will result in a loss of down or a Bonus down for the opponent, after first warning
- Fumbles are live and can be advanced
- The Ball will be spotted at the spot it was thrown from, in the result of an incomplete pass
